               PANAMA CITY TRIP
             Festival of Champions
                   May 3rd - 6th

The Parkway Band will be traveling to
Panama City, Florida on May 3rd through
May 6th. The cost of the trip will be $200
dollars per student with each student
paying for 2 meals on their own. The
band boosters have agreed to co-sponsor
this trip which has cut the actual cost for
each student in half. ALL Band fees
MUST be paid in order to take the spring
trip. Any student who owes band fees or
other monies to the band boosters will be
required to pay those fees prior to paying
for and attending the spring trip. Any
student who has had NFS (insufficient
fund) checks will be required to pay for
the sprint trip in cash or with a money
order. All spring trip fees must be paid
one week before the trip. No fees will be
accepted the day of the trip. The
following is the payment schedule:

Monday, January 30th            $50.00
Wednesday, February 29th     $50.00
Friday, March 23rd                  $50.00
Friday, April 27th                    $50.00

The actual itinerary will be made available
at a later date. If your child will be
participating in this trip a sign and dated
persimmon slip MUST be signed, These
slip were sent home with your student.

Please make checks and money orders
payable to the PHS Band Booster. If you
are paying by cash, place your money in
an envelope with your students name and
information.

Place all payments in the box outside
Mr. Minton's office. Do Not pay the
school office or hand the money to Mr.
Minton. Mr. Minton is very busy and
doesn't need to worry about handling
student payment.

The Band Boosters operate Bingo every
Tuesday night. This is the major fund raiser
for the Band. We always are in need of
workers. It is a great way to get to know
